Ireland Rugby Team Members In Court On Rape Charges

BELFAST, NORTHERN IRELAND – OCTOBER 17: Ireland and Ulster rugby player Paddy Jackson (25) arrives at court with family members at Belfast Magistrates Court relating to a rape charge hearing on October 17, 2017 in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Jackson is charged with one count of rape and one of sexual assualt along with fellow international and provincial team mate Stuart Olding (24) who faces two count of rape charges along with Blane McIlroy (25) and Rory Harrison (25) who are charged with one count of exposure and a count of perverting the course of justice respectively. The charges relate to an aaleged offence committed against a woman at a south Belfast house in June 2016. Jackson has represented his country 25 times while Olding has four caps.
