Turning Red Review – Pixar’s Period Drama
Turning Red is about periods and the changes that accompany them. But it’s also a lot more. It’s a study of adolescence in Toronto in the early noughties. A trip down family lane. It’s a loud reminder that it’s okay to be weird and different. But most of all, it’s a big fat lie about the size of red pandas.

The Eyes of Tammy Faye Review: Sex, Drugs, and The Almighty Dollar
The Eyes of Tammy Faye is a scandalous yet darkly comedic biopic that depicts the rise and fall of the Jim and Tammy Faye Bakker, two of America’s most infamous televangelists. We all love a good spooky szn baddie
We are all fond of a good jump scare or a storyline which has us looking over our shoulders leaving the cinema. A movie which leaves us wondering if there actually is someone standing in that dark corner of your room or is it the pile of clothes you left there earlier. A baddie can make or break a movie, some movies are simply iconic due to their villains we can’t help but root for.

Holidate is another cringe fest of a love story

It’s just a bunch of Hocus Pocus
As the evenings grow darker and colder, there’s one thing on everyone’s mind – snuggling up with a hot chocolate, and a Halloween movie to ring in the season.
